In this episode we will talk about the topic of overthinking, why it happens and some ways to help tackle it. Overthinking can really have you stuck so in this episode I’m going to discuss how I overcome this and do the damn thing!

🥇Clear Your Vision:

To tackle overthinking we have to first address some of the reasons why it happens. Anxiety and stress are two of the biggest causes of overthinking. It’s hard not to have some stress in your life but taking some steps to reduce stress can help with overthinking. I’ve said it before but mental health is truly your mental wealth. I share some ways that help me calm my mind when I start to overthink.

🥈Stay in the Moment:

When your overthinking it’s so hard to truly enjoy the moment your in. You’re so busy thinking about what went down three weeks ago or if you left the door unlocked back at home you don’t appreciate what’s in front of you. I’ve had this myself you get so caught up in thoughts you left a beautiful moment pass you by. And let me tell you, this life is a short walk home so appreciate every moment while you still can.

🥉Take Action:

Overthinking becomes another obstacle in your way. It’s not just the thought of whatever it is you need to get done. It’s also dealing with the overthinking. I share my experiences with coping with this and how to get out of your own way when overthinking.
