This episode of Life Gems is about trusting the process. I know there’s times we ALL lose faith, where we feel defeated but I’m here to say this is where it is KEY to never, ever stop believing in you.

To keep things simple we'll focus on these key topics:

🥇Stick to the plan:

Trust the process! Shout-out to Joel Embiid of the 76ers who made this phrase popular. At the time when he said this phrase, his team sucked! (Sorry Philly fans). But let’s be real, the team was going through so much change (and still is). And that is a great way of looking at life. Right now things might not look too good but if you put in the work, you have to trust it will pay off.

🥈Bumps in the Road aka setbacks:

Internets! The process is NEVER smooth so mentally prepare yourself for setbacks. I talk about my experience with this recently and how I had to dig deep and trust in the process. We’re all dealing with something, no matter how big or small, you’ll get through it.

It might take a little time and extra energy but analyze the setback, find a solution and figure out what could have been done to avoid it or what you can do to be better.

🥉Trust the Process

No one's journey is going to be smooth. There will always be challenges that you face. But trusting the process is going to help you overcome any challenge.

If adjustments need to be made, analyze them and adjust! But just because you adjust doesn’t mean that your plan is a failure.

Have you ever heard of the phrase that you learn as you go? Sometimes the most solidified plan has holes in it, which gives room for error.
