This episode is all about finding new passions, what you like, what you don't like and how to stay motivated through it all. I talk about the importance of helping your kids to try new activities, to discovering hobbies you love as an adult.

Listen as I talk about how I've encouraged myself, my kids and those I love to step out of our comfort zones and how that has benefited our lives in many ways. I also discuss how I go about staying motivated, not only as parent but in all aspects of life.
