Let's start by understanding what exactly ‘ego’ is. If you want to get technical about it, ego can be defined as the sense of self that is developed through our thoughts and beliefs about ourselves. I talk about my experiences with keeping my ego in check and how this has benefited me.

🥈 Confidence not cocky:

So how do we go about tucking that ego?

Confidence is essential in any path of life but there is a fine line between confidence and cockiness. I discuss some tips that that have helped me.

🥉 Let it Go:

When we let go of our egos, we become more open-minded, flexible, and compassionate. This allows us to build stronger relationships with others, as well as experience a greater sense of inner peace and happiness.
