Despite being disabled since she can remember, Nobathembu Peter has never allowed it to stop her from chasing her dreams. The bubbly 26-year-old often inspired her fellow South Africans with her positive attitude. About a month ago, Briefly.co.za reported that Nobathembu urged people to see her first before her disability. At the tender age of 3, a drunk driver hit her and left her disabled for life. She recently shared her story.

Police have confirmed the arrest of seven people for being in possession of stolen goods in Jabulani , South of Johannesburg. The arrests were made during raids in the township following a night of unrest.
Police were deployed to Soweto after shops belonging to foreign nationals were looted on Wednesday night.
