Many of us believe that we have to show up for everyone else and we do not show up for ourselves. This level of people-pleasing is one we are leaving in 2021. People are experiencing life regardless of what level and profession they may be in. That includes you. Be kind to yourself. Give your all where you can and don't feel bad when you don't have it to give.
