In this episode of the Life I Love Podcast, we're diving into the paradox of impermanence and stability—two concepts that may seem at odds but are deeply interconnected. I'll be sharing a personal story about how becoming a mom again after 12 years turned my world upside down. Determined to keep up with my usual go-getter routine, I pushed myself to the brink, only to have my body completely shut down.
But guess what? I’m okay. This experience taught me the importance of embracing life’s unpredictable changes while finding stability within. We’ll explore how moments of feeling lost can lead to unexpected growth and how our past, with all its ups and downs, can anchor us in ways we never imagined.
Plus, I’ll share a guided visualization to help you embrace impermanence and find your inner stability. Whether you’re navigating the chaos of life or just looking for a bit of grounding, this episode is for you. Tune in, and let's find the balance between change and consistency together.

Episode 22 of the podcast "Accepting Myself Everyday | My Relationship with Myself" is all about self-acceptance and nurturing a positive relationship with oneself. I share reflections from my childhood experiences, and my journey with self-discovery and the importance of cultivating self-awareness without judgment.
The episode emphasizes the transformative power of self-acceptance in fostering meaningful connections, setting boundaries, and navigating life's challenges with resilience.
Drawing parallels with the popular show "Love is Blind," I highlight the significance of looking beyond surface judgments and embracing authenticity in our self-perception. Just as participants on the show strive to connect on a deeper level beyond physical appearances, listeners are encouraged to practice blind self-reflection, self-compassion, and authenticity in their daily lives.
Through thoughtful introspection and intentional self-care practices, listeners are empowered to go on a journey of self-discovery and embrace their unique identity with compassion and understanding.
