Went to Alaska. Got a peak at what living with my future mother-in-law might look like 😂 Lowkey got stuck in Alaska. Flight (s) got canceled. Got stranded in Seattle…. Had the worst travel experience EVER but it ended up being the best and most overwhelming situation of all time...and i definitely learned a few things along the way!

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii it's me. it's officially been a year since i moved from california to maryland!! isn't that crazy?? so we do some reflecting! and take a moment to be proud of you, all you've done & where you are in your journey! 

FAMILY. DRAMA. Literally the most annoying thing on the planet and it just gets more intense as you get older because you're not a kid anymore and you actually know wtf is going on ... I share a personal situation that I'm going through right now and don't necessarily know how to handle at this point.

i just got my covid vaccine and the entire experience was NOTHING like i expected it to be. i mean. i don't even know what i expected buuuuuuut that wasn't it. lol

also, something that has been on my mind A LOT lately: CHANGE

why does it take so long for us to do the things we NEED to do to make a change in our life? i share my own experience struggling to make changes in both my work and personal life. & one of my best friends shayne joins the podcast to give me another perspective...
