"When does this pain stop?" "When does this part get easier?" Losing someone you love can feel unbearable. In this clip, we delve into the ever-present nature of grief; how our pain evolves over time and developing tools to navigate through it, finding solace and growth along the way. 

In this episode, Jenni and Gary dive into their personal stories about losing their respective loved one(s) to suicide. This conversation is never easy. We trip on our words, and our emotions are raw. We attempted this recording 3x before we agreed to publish it because, like many, we share fears about how our stories may / may not be received. But more than anything, we want people to choose to live. We want survivors to know healing is possible. And we know these conversations have to take place, even if they are messy, uncomfortable or unpopular, if we want to end suffering in silence.
