I became a mum in November 2020 and I share what my experience has been like over the last eight months. I talk about the breastfeeding challenges I faced, post-partum hair loss and how motherhood has changed my sleeping pattern. There isn't enough discussion on how breastfeeding can be challenging and how this episode helps shed more light on this.
