IT HAS BEEN A WHILE!

Wow, it’s really been a while! I meant to emphasize that because I’ve truly missed connecting with all of you. I’m back and excited to share my journey—the ups, the downs, and everything in between.

I guess we've all experienced being 'voiceless' in our lifetime. Not being able to talk, share and explain, whether literally or figuratively. Don't you just hate that feeling? That no matter how hard you try, nothing comes out, no sound is produced or if there is, it's incomprehensible. Needless to say, there are moments wherein you are able to speak but just choose not to due to certain reasons. Listen to this episode to know more about my "voicelessness." Due to this pandemic, we have grown to become more anxious each day and there seems to be no end in doubting our decisions, ourselves, our plans, goals and future. Continually asking ourselves, "would we still be alive tomorrow?" and so on. Doubt makes us feel as if we were running in circles, oftentimes we see doubt as the enemy when in fact, it can be an agent. An agent that makes us reassess our values, talents, skills, capabilities and the like. Listen to this episode to know more about doubting, how to deal and face it. :)
