  • Recognising your loneliness and how to manage it

In today’s episode we talk to our special guest, loneliness. Loneliness moved in with us during our time at uni, no matter how much we tried to avoid them. Loneliness was always there lurking in the background on nights out with friends, and always ended up in our bed without fail. Today we are here to talk you through our experiences and the ways we finally dealt with our elephant in the room.
