On this episode, the boys had on special guests Mica & Adam Wood! Adam just had a huge breakthrough race at CIM, running 2:16 after dealing with some health complications prior that he talks about on this episode.

Mica ran 2:31 in her debut marathon at the Marathon Project paced by Adam, an OTQ time in her first one! She talked about her current training situation, having joined Ed Eyestone's group for this build.

Both Mica and Adam talked about their builds, recapped their races, and talked about their dynamic as a married couple running at an elite level and making content full-time together.

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Drew Hunter! Drew is well-known for running a sub -4 mile in high school and then signing a pro contract with Adidas instead of running in college! About 10 years have passed and Drew is still thriving as a high-level pro athlete.

Drew has had a lot of change over the last couple years. He is now being coached by his parents and has changed his training to be more volume and threshold focused. He is also sponsored by Asics now. We talked in detail about both of those changes, as both are going great and Drew is running the best he ever has in his career! He is very motivated for the 2028 Olympic Games in LA.

Finally - we got to know Drew really well as a family man. He walked us through a day in the life as a husband, father of two, and man of faith!

On this episode, the boys had special guest Zouhair Talbi back on the pod to preview his race at the Houston Marathon this weekend! Zouhair is in great shape and is hoping to run under 2:06 in Houston. He has a strong pacing team and the conditions are looking favorable!

We touched on his 2:07 effort at the Chicago Marathon in October where he had stomach issues, and also on his lead up to this race. He spent some time visiting family and training hard in Morocco during the block!

On this episode, the boys had on special guest Skylar Stidam! Skylar is from just across the river in New Albany, IN and just finished up his career at Indiana University, where he was a Big 10 Champion on the track, made NCAA Champs on the track, and set the school record in the 10k.

Skylar is now a medical student at IU and is still racing on the roads and on the track. His current PBs are 13:29 in the 5k and 28:06 in the 10k. He entered the road scene very nicely this year with a 7th place finish at the US 20k Champs and also winning the Indy Monumental half-marathon in 62 minutes!
