We were born for risk, but often fear gets in the way of our being brave enough to step out into the unknown. In this episode I talk about the different times I've had to step out and be brave. The elements of risk that have made living my life a technicolor experience.

Those words wrecked my belief system about myself when I was in college. For as long as I could remember I was believing that my body was full of defects and mistakes. In this episode I talk about the revelation moments I've had regarding some of my physical insecurities and what that has given me hope for in my current life.

Body image. We've all got a body. We all have a relationship with it. This episode I talk about my relationship with my body and the journey I've been on from obesity to not eating to getting healthy. This is a huge topic and this is just the beginning!
