Welcome to the Not Self Productions podcast. In this episode, I talk a bit about the inspiration for this production and some possibilities along this journey. This endeavor is my next step towards a more intentionally expressed version of myself in the world. I have spent the past few years really locked down by limited beliefs and lack mentality of why things weren’t just happening for me.

I have big dreams and a desire to surrender to the mystery of my life. I also understand that I do have a choice in what my consciousness helps co-create in my life. This year I’m ready to be seen, to create art, to love loudly. And I know that my process in creation just needs to begin in all it’s messy glory.

So please enjoy this expression of my heart to yours. May you hold your Not Self with as much love and tenderness as you do yourself. Cause it’s all you, it always has been.
