EP 2 introducing our first guest Rocky Gains owner Abdo Shaban. coming from a small city we are sometimes discouraged with the possibilities that are feasible with our future. we talk about making the first step into any goals and aspirations and how Abdo  started and still doing it entering his fith year with Rocky Gains 5. we hope to motivate you guys to take that first. hope you guys enjoy!
