When we think about a plate of food it can represent a number of different things when we look at what we take on in our lives.

Sometimes we can get our thoughts and feelings all mixed up especially when we are going through negative feelings.

But sorting our feelings from our thoughts and setting our thoughts on the right track can propel our feelings back to an ideal state.

When we look at self-confidence at where it comes from. It's not from our accomplishments, our professional designation or anything external.

It actually comes from all the promises that we keep to ourselves. And when we can stack one by one these promises we keep, than our true confidence begins to shine.

It is something that we cannot avoid in life but we can change how we feel & think about it.

When we focus on making decision for us we will inevitably disappoint someone and that is ok. If you can honestly answer that you did your best with the time that you have, then you can let the disappointment of others go.

While this is easier said then done just know that this is a process and you can make steps towards getting better at this every day.

Sometime we can't see the progress we are making from our daily actions just like each strike on a piñata.
