You can esteem God’s word as greater than the words that form when you see yourself with your physical eyes. Get a revelation of Him, and you will get a revelation about yourself. Christ died for you. You don’t have the right to say you are worthless. Never live by wounded pride.

This world has no business demanding that who I am on earth is all there is to me. Jesus is my reality and my source of identity. This world doesn’t determine my quality of life. Heaven’s throne does, and it is calling me to return. I wasn’t created to worry about my life.

Live a life defined from above and you’ll find power over every earthly threat. You’ll have perfect peace with your identity, assurance that is greater than this world’s validation, hope that no government can take away from you, and no sickness that will defeat you.

We often judge and define God by what we’re going through instead of realizing it’s God’s way of defining and refining who we are. True faith says, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” It is fixed on who He is, not on what we want God or men to do for us.

I will let this world owe me nothing. I will make no demands of it or hold it accountable to make me happy. It cannot fulfill my destiny or fill me with what I’m created for. I will find my joy from above, lest I become captive. I already have in trust what this world cannot provide.

Many are more upset with what's happening in politics, rather than what's happening to our own souls, families, and churches. When families have a mother and a father in them who love their spouses and children and live wholly for Jesus then all the nonsense can't overcome us.
