Inspiration comes from the oddest of places.  For me this week, it has come from a gas pump at a gas station.  As you can see by the picture, there is streaming video on each of the pumps.  It got me to thinking that we truly have become so dependent upon input and entertainment, that the mere thought of three minutes of silence would be too much.  So just how often do we go out of our way to make sure every moment is filled with some sort of noise?  And how often do we go out of our way to seek out silence?  My query this week is looking into just that… seeking out time each day to reflect on how we are showing up, how the day is going, and what we need to do to stay the course of our original intention.  I hope this week has you contemplating how to carve out a little more time with nothing more than you… and the sound of your breath.
