Cancel Culture is so prevalent in these current times and has served as a public good by making sure that people of high status are held accountable.  This often reminds us that they are human too; however, an extremist element does come with it, and I think it is important to take a balanced approach. I hope you enjoy my take. 

Finding a life balance and/or time to make sure I am allowing myself to be human has been really hard for me for most of my life. However, it took a a stressful year that almost led me into a burnout that changed my perspective. It's important to find a balance that allows you to rest and to treat yourself with grace.  Hope you enjoy!
