-Once you start giving away your rights you won’t be able to go back

-Live empowered!!! Do research and make decisions that are best for you and your family

-Stop the judgment and the labeling just because someone doesn’t share your opinion

-Do you, send love, and  move on don’t look to the right or left. Don’t worry about the other person, they are doing what they think is best for them. Focus on your journey.

-It’s time to wake up!!! Health and Wellness should never be political issue.  It can not be sold either, no matter the price.
