Why I choose to be alcohol free. I stopped drinking 2.5 years ago and it feels amazing.  No I don't have a problem with alcohol and I can drink anytime I choose, but I choose to take little steps for better brain health and this is one thing I can I do to help my brain be above the wellness line.

Trying something new can be scary so we avoid it, but what if we didn't and we stepped outside our comfort zone? I am not one to try new things often but I do, I almost always have a great time and enjoy what ever it is.  Try new foods, recipes, workouts, sports etc. It's actually health for your brain to try new things. Comparison

• You only see the highlight reel on social media
• Your body is nothing like hers, inside you have your gut, inflammation, fat, muscle
• Feelings of comparison will leave you depressed, discouraged, defeated before you even start your journey
• The upside of comparison is that you can use it to prove what is possible if you keep going
• Quitting will get you no where
• If you find yourself getting triggered, then unfollow and then you can follow that person again when you want to
• Be your biggest fan
• Love your body where it is at, it does amazing things
• Homework: give yourself some grace, stop the scroll

-You get to choose what goes on and into your body, no one gets to choose for you, no doctor, government and world organization get that privilege 

-Once you start giving away your rights you won’t be able to go back

-Live empowered!!! Do research and make decisions that are best for you and your family

-Stop the judgment and the labeling just because someone doesn’t share your opinion

-Do you, send love, and  move on don’t look to the right or left. Don’t worry about the other person, they are doing what they think is best for them. Focus on your journey.

-It’s time to wake up!!! Health and Wellness should never be political issue.  It can not be sold either, no matter the price.
