Roger Vertannes is the Founder of Leadership Counts and his philosophy is “Be true to yourself, define what you really want and surround yourself with great people to help you achieve your vision."

Born and raised in London, Roger is the youngest of 10. At the age of 24, he took over the management of his family-owned freight forwarding company, then at age 32, used his passion for sport and health to cofound his UK sports enterprise. He built and sold the company in 2006 to achieve his dream of settling in Australia.

With his expertise in leadership, management and building high performing teams, Roger was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) here in Australia. Roger has helped leaders of over 400 companies to take themselves and their teams to the next level with EOS and is a Certified EOS Implementer.
