I truly believe that the best way to further your career or business is to constantly learn from others, it might be audio books, reading books, podcasts, autobiographies or courses. 

Most CEOs read at least 40 books a year. You need to find your interest and learn, always learn and find facts, discover techniques and skills. Then you experience with all the skills to be great.
