This podcast comes straight from the heart. Life, Loss, and the Light is grounded in my own lived experiences through grief, healing, and the quiet journey of discovering that the connection…
But this isn’t just a podcast about mediumship or signs from Spirit it’s also about the raw, messy, and very human side of life. I’ll be diving deep into the stuff people often shy away from: addiction, mental health, domestic and family violence, childhood trauma, and the healing process that follows. The things no one talks about enough the things we carry in silence.
Each episode explores grief, spiritual growth, intuition, connection, and the emotional truths that live beneath the surface. It’s not about perfection or pretending to have all the answers. It’s about honesty, depth, and walking through the dark to find the light.
I hope to help others feel seen, heard, and less alone especially those navigating deep loss or waking up spiritually after experiencing hardship. Whether you’re curious, sceptical, grieving, healing, or trying to figure out who you are now, this podcast is for you.
This is a space for remembrance, reconnection, and reminding you that no matter what you’ve been through love never dies.
