One of their favorite ways to access the joy within is through an Immanuel Moment. Starting with a positive memory (ask Holy Spirit to help) spend time in that memory, appreciating all the things about it, how you felt, what you are seeing, smelling, or doing. Then invite Jesus to show you were He was in the moment, allow your awareness to open up to the truth that He is always with you and see where He was in that moment. Spend time interacting with him. Ask questions, listen to His answers, enjoying these moments are a great way to increase our awareness of His presence in every moment of the day.

Jesus calls us the Body of Christ, us Christians, the global Church. Susan and Shanna discuss what it means to be a part of the Body of Christ. It's easy to limit your role as a position you fill in the church you go to but what actually does it mean to be a part of the global Body of Christ?
