Hi family here is a brand new episode of the show. This week we are excited to discuss everything around music, serving in church and growth in ministry. My guest this week is a brother and friend.  Pelumi has been in the music ministry as a drummer for almost 2 decades. He has had the opportunity to minister in different churches both in Nigeria and in Canada. He also plays in a band for social events like weddings and birthdays. He strongly believes that ministering through instruments is much more than playing, but it requires constant practice and spending time with God. He has a 9-5, and he’s married.

In this episode our guest shares tips on what to do before you invest in real estate. One thing he echoed is make sure you know and understand your location. Hi family, sure you had a great Easter weekend last week. I am super excited as we start our series speaking to our amazing front liners. This month on the show, we will be having amazing conversations with doctors and nurses. They will be sharing their experiences in their various fields of medicine, the covid-19 situation and how they have ben coping with it.   This week we will be talking with my dear sister who is a nurse here in Canada. She is Yetti Adegbunrin and she is a registered nurse! she has always taken an interest to health, wellness and beauty. In 2020 as a way to cope through the pandemic she decided to start a YouTube channel which, has always been a dream of hers. If not now, when? Her goal is to help others however she can, wether its with her nursing background or lived experiences!  She works as a public health nurse, palliative nurse and a nurse coordinator in the community. Imole and Anthony Ladipo grew up in Nigeria by Nigerian Parents but moved to Canada over a decade ago. They met as friends under the youth ministry back in 2009 and decided to take a lot of youth responsibilities on. They love drama and choir ministry a bit more so when the opportunity to create something visual at church presented itself they jumped at it. Now years later, they found themselves still working with those same cameras now as filmmakers and directors that have made  quite a few short films to the glory of God.

Hi guys and welcome to this new episode of the show. I am super excited to have had this conversation because my guest 

Dr. (Mrs.) Kemi Akindele is a 1991 medical graduate. She completed her specialist training in the year 2000 and became an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She later obtained her master’s degree in public health from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, in 2007. Dr. Akindele has worked in various places as a medical officer in Nigeria before her specialist training. As a Specialist Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, she has worked in various aspects of women health and public education in Nigeria, Swaziland, South Africa and currently, Alberta, Canada.

Dr Kemi is a teacher of the word with great insight; a trainer, an author and a preacher. She is a ministry gift to the entire body of Christ.

Being an Obstetrician/ Gynecologist, she is passionate about the total wellbeing of women. She has a special burden to make a difference in healthcare of African women through appropriate and sustainable medical care, training and research. She used to host the “Save a Mother” programme on Premier FM 93.5 as part of the fight against maternal mortality in Nigeria. She has authored three mini books till date: ‘For us or against us’, ‘A letter to my little girl’, and ‘A new step in the right direction’ (joint with her husband) and a fourth book titled ‘Family Matters’.

Dr Akindele and her husband are blessed with four children and currently have five grandchildren.

She dived in by giving us loads of advice and light on the topic around women's health and she also talked about a new initiative Florence women's care. You can watch the video on YouTube.
