Understanding women is like understanding how this world works, it's all about theory and you can never be sure about anything,

So instead of understanding what she does and trying to change her or her actions change the way you understand and look at her

Women cannot be understood, Whatever they do, think or feel cannot be understood by men

All you can do is observe her... DON'T BE OFFENDED BY HER

I can tell you that putting your partner's needs ahead of yours is not bad at all it will just make your relationships even better and stronger

Try to let go of your insecurity, anger, wants and desires just because your partner doesn't like it is a good sign of a happy relationship

Means

Don't try to change the situation or people you are with

I didn't say you'll not feel bad or you'll start liking everything

What I mean is you will just start to observe and accept things for what they are instead of suffering more by trying to change situations & people

Make your child resilient, be resilient, & make sure every other child around you can be resilient, make it your mission to never criticize, judge or condemn a child ever because you yourself know how that can leave a scar that cannot be washed away ever from the mind & heart of child, just like others did this to you, you have to stop this vicious cycle of criticism, hate, judgement & make sure that children around you can be who they are, they are not judged or commented upon, atleast you should be the one who shouldn't do it
