14 min - E109- Rooted Manifestation: Bringing Energy Into Reality
In this episode:
I pull two cards from the Moonology Manifestation Oracle Deck by Yasmin Boland:
Reveal What Needs to Be Seen (Last Quarter Moon in Scorpio) and Take a Reality Check (Full Moon in Capricorn). These cards bring forward deeply grounded insights around discernment, truth, and manifestation. The Reveal What Needs to Be Seen card reminds us that not everything needs to be shared. Some truths are sacred and meant to be held close. I explore how to tune into your heart to know what to share, with whom, and when. Discernment is a powerful part of protecting your energy and staying in alignment.
The Take a Reality Check card invites us to pull our energy out of the ethers and root it into the physical world. It’s a reminder that manifestation doesn’t happen through thought alone—we must take intentional, physical action to bring our dreams into reality.
This episode also dives into the importance of:
Balancing your energetic connection with your physical life
Listening to your heart and using it as a bridge between intuition and grounded action
Manifesting in a way that aligns with your soul—not societal expectations or external pressure
Staying flexible in your process so your path can unfold in a way that’s truly meant for you
I also share reflections on how different manifestations may require different approaches—some ask for privacy and solo action, while others are amplified through community and shared energy.
Learn how to stay rooted, trust your timing, and co-create with the Universe through grounded, aligned action.
