In this episode,

I drew a card from Kyle Grey's Keepers of the Light oracle cards, and the card I pulled was Horus, Cosmic Gateway.

I explored using moon cycles to harness my energy for more effective manifesting.

During an intuitive reading of the card, I felt that the heart chakra is pivotal in manifesting my desires and shared insights on how to tap into this energy center.

Insights came to me about the heart chakra acting like a battery, where my emotions power my manifestations.

Additionally, I delved into the insight that those in positions of power may attempt to feed chaos and fear narratives to diminish our heart's capacity—the battery for manifestation. I provided strategies that I received on how to counteract this influence and maintain a positive impact on myself and the world.

Avery worked as a ICU Registered Nurse, early in her ICU nursing career, Avery observed how chronic stress led patients to ICU. Shifting from reactive medicine in 2015, she built a business aiding high achievers in countering stress's health effects. Despite following effective methods, Avery faced burnout and chronic illness in 2018. Frustration drove deeper research into personal habits, revealing crucial burnout prevention elements.
