Important update regarding military housing. As of December of last year the DOD is considering reinstating the utilities charges for military housing. This is problematic due to the fact that the fundamental flaws in wiring and other utilities have not been corrected. These flaws were the reason why individual billing on utilities ended in 2019.This is going to make put additional financial pressure on already struggling military families.

It is often thought that the United States doesn’t have conscription and that it is an outmoded way of staffing a modern military. However many countries not only have conscription but, construct women as well as men.
On a side note, another topic that has been in the news is the Abraham Accords. This monumental agreement has far-reaching effects and significance for the Middle East.

Often we have pressures that build up in our life and make it so it's hard for us to focus on what we need to accomplish in the moment. One of the ways to relieve that pressure is by putting all of those things that are swirling in your head on paper and quantifying them so that they are approachable. This is called a Brain Dump.

This episode's a little late due to the fact that I took some personal time this last week. Regardless we're going to hit the ground running and get some updates on situations that affect military families and veterans. Specifically, the situation with Balfour Beatty in regard to the investigation into fraud. As well as a hopeful step in the right direction in regard to burn pit legislation. Additionally, there will be a breakdown on the ongoing situation in Ukraine.
