Maddy and I will be working on coming up with more structured "seasons" that are broken down with subjects. We like being able to share what is going on in our personal lives, but we definitely would like to bring more value to you all. Today Maddy and I discussed the dreaded "Roommate Phase". The Roommate Phase is something that we think a lot of couples deal with, and are probably scared of. After more than 8 years of being together, we have had our fair share of this phase. We wanted to shed some light on this topic and let you know that it is normal!! It's not always sunshine and rainbows, but there are ways to push through and overcome this common challenge.

We have also committed to start weekly date nights! It is something we think we could seriously benefit from, and help break up the monotony that leads to the Roommate Phase.
