After Jay Barnett's own battle with depression and surviving 2 suicide attempts. He had struggled most of childhood and young adult years with depression, after seeking counseling and going to therapy. He knew he wanted to be instrumental to my community, athletes, and young people about mental health. .... After every challenge, trial, and difficult moment in his life he refused to QUIT!!!!!! He completed the necessary work to become a Family Therapist!. Jay refuses to live in a 📦, speaker, actor, athlete,writer, therapist, entrepreneur, mentor, author, and whatever he decides on this journey called PURPOSE!.
