during the Heavens citizens camp meeting, pastor Vivian Emmanuel gave a charge and prayer about building capacity to carry what God has in store.

Anytime we are conscious of the Father, the power of the Lord is available to Heal. This Power has been from the beginning, He is the same yesterday, today and Forever. The Power has never been of less effect or no effect. This power is and will always be very effective.

So why does it seem that the power of God is of non or little effect today than it was in the ancient days? Why are you still experiencing the pain after so much Prayer& Fasting, tithing and lot more?
