I knew Kerrie has a big life story but to be honest the details of her youth addictions and adversity blew me away. As everyone who survived and grew through pain and suffering Kerrie wouldn't change her life, why? She gets to work with youth educating them about prevention and connecting parents back to their kids, on the top of that her project Stories of Hope is growing rapidly. Kerrie changes lives every day by connecting people to their consciousness and holds safe space where her guests feel comfortable to share their stories of hope without being judged. We all know how comforting and powerful is to be around someone who understands our pain. This interview has so many layers and we've covered a lot. From Kerrie's childhood , addictions, rape, abusive relationship, anxiety to compassion and healing the shame and guilt. I have massive respect for people who are not afraid to open up and be vulnerable for others to learn from their journey, Kerrie it's been such a privilege to have you on the show and listening to your story of hope. You rock!

Have you ever wondered what becomes of the broken hearted? I'm in absolute awe of my fabulous guest Ingrid Nichols who playfully shares one of the most brutal life stories I've ever heard, and I've herd a lot! Surely most people experience rough patch here and there but I believe that the chosen ones are here to make the world a better place through lived experiences and help others in their suffering to make sense of it all. In this interview we are talking; ongoing adversity, sexuality, marriage, relationships, business and the layers that connect it together. Ingrid shares her experience with repeated armed robbery in her shop years ago and the lingering impact it had on her world. I've never herd anyone describe the feelings around suicide so well and the way Ingrid talks about mother being the turning point just had me in tears. You can hear rest of the story on the recording below because there is more to it. I can tell you there is a beautiful happy end and Ingrid is involved with a charity that helps terminally ill people to get married and have their happy ever after in the Wedding day, I promise you that you'll need a box of tissues for this rocking interview. Ingrid's big message is that there is always hope and don't be afraid to reach out, you don't have to be alone. She offers for people to contact her if they need someone to talk to or have a coffee with because every day should be R U OK day. Thank you Ingrid for being such a gift to humanity you rock!

To celebrate PBD awareness week we've recorded this slightly interrupted interview with Natalie from Canberra who has experienced the taste of PBD when her husband got diagnosed. Natalie describes in detail the symptoms and treatment for anyone out there who may be still confused about their mental condition, and as she said the most important thing is the get diagnosed in the first place to understand the extend this mental condition has on everyone involved. We've covered the reluctancy of health professionals and the stigmas BPD brings along. For something that has such a high success rate there is still not enough awareness and help in each state and Natalie actively supports and educates community to be more kinder and understanding. I promise you'll be touched just like me, if you suspect your friend or relative is suffering from BPD there is wonderful loving community out there to support everyone so don't be shy and reach out.

I had the honour to chat to amazing Brooke Saxby about her journey back to health which grew from one red face on January 1st after 6 am gym session into 365 red faces project to keep herself accountable for rest of the year. Brook not inly just lost 50 kg but created Red Face community for people to come and join in for exercise on a weekly basis. This got attention of a local council, magazines, national TV and Brooke hasn't stopped since to inspire, educate and support those who need the extra push and love most - the heavily overweight people who are considering surgery and need that extra help. Red Faces are for everyone who wants to challenge themselves and adopt a healthy mindset for life, at any age or any size you can get your red face on! As for Brooke she keeps going with hers every day, but not to make this about weight loss, Brooke inspires people to be their best, accountable and live smart. I hope you'll enjoy this rocking guest!

Presonally I find this juicy topic absolutely fascinating and I have to say getting a reading with Marilyn was an amazing accurate experience! I've caught up with bubbly Claire Halliday, a writer and storytelling lover based in Melbourne. Clair has just released her fifth book Things my father taught me which contains her own story and 19 others - celebrities and well know Australian personalities about the unique relationships with their dads. We've discussed Clair's own story of being adopted and how this impacts one's identity and place in life. I've learned so much from Clair about what shapes us as humans and what drives us to be better people. I hope you'll enjoy this rocking guest!

I had the honour to have the amazing Patricia Newton on the show talking about her experiences from nursing days looking after dying people, educating nurses and studying how aromatherapy energy and healing works to bring it to the health system as a policy. Patricia talks passionately about various methods such as aromatherapy, EFT, Reiky and explains how does it actually work and the importance of complimentary therapies in today's world. I'm a big fan of all those techniques and advocate for a conscious living, you'll see that giving these a go you can greatly benefit from them. I hope you find this interview inspiring and uplifting just like I did. You can find Patricia in Brisbane and get in touch on her FB for a session. She works on Skype as well.
