Do you find it difficult to make life changing decisions?

In this episode Mark and Luisa were presented with this topic by a listener, Chelsea Howland in Australia, to discuss.

Whether it be changing jobs, changing countries or changing partners, these can be some of the hardest decisions we make in our life's.

Luisa shares her rather unique technique when it comes to making life changing decisions. There are also some simple tools you can use as well to make life changing decisions and these are discussed in this episode. 

Theresa Goh is a former Paralympic Swimmer from Singapore. She represented her country in various international competitions for 20 years before retiring in late 2019.

She believes her success has been largely due to the strong family support she has. Theresa participated in 4 Paralympic Games (Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, London 2012, and Rio 2016) and was the first female Singaporean swimmer to qualify for the Paralympics in 2004.

A former world record holder in the 50m and 200m Breaststroke SB4 category, she clinched a bronze medal in the 100m breaststroke SB4 category, at the Rio Paralympics on her 4th and final Paralympic Games outing.

A pioneer in the disability sports scene in Singapore, Theresa strongly believes in the importance of seeing the ability in a person and not just their disability.

Theresa identifies as a Queer athlete with disability and speaking up more for LGBTQ rights especially in Singapore.

Sam has spent a large part of his life at 35'000 ft. In this episode we find out where and when sam's passion for flying started.

We hear of his once in a lifetime opportunity to compete in an air race from the UK to Australia. His passion of flying continued and he became an instructor and helped many people to start their journey above the clouds.

As a pilot for Qantas, Australia's national carrier, Sam flew the magnificent Boeing 747-400 and he recalls this experience explaining why this aircraft was so special.

These days Sam runs his own Aviation company and he shares the current opportunities because of Covid 19 as well as about a Foundation he created to help those who have trouble getting medical assistance because of their remote location.

Sophie and Ewan have spent the best part of the past ten years of their life's traveling the world as adventurers and living mostly off grid. 

I caught up with them both while they are in lockdown in Tasmania, Australia. We talk about how 'unusual' it has been for them being in one place for so long, how the connection to the 'other' world that they are not used too brings up all sorts of funny, and relevant topics throughout this conversation.
