In this episode of “Life Talks... Again?”, we discuss the importance of normalizing therapy and being transparent. We will discuss the stigma towards therapy and why it's vital to take advantage of the resources and tools to help support yourself and your mental health. As well as the various reasons why others may seek therapy. As a group, we discuss our own opinions and experiences on how important it is to validate our emotions and seek help when needed.

Welcome to “Life Talks...Again?”. This podcast was created by 4 students in the Bachelor of Child and Youth Care program.
