Alli is a former standout goalkeeper who played at ACC powerhouse Duke University. Much like the opening soundbite you just heard, Alli details her evolution as a coach and the impact her playing career has had on shaping it. Her consistent growth at every level stems from her unwavering nature in the face of adversity. It’s those experiences that have offered her valuable insight on the best practices to help her players overcome the obstacles that can hinder their best performances.   She’s come a long way in just 10 years of coaching, and I know she’s just getting started.
