We change, evolve, and we do that every day, even without realizing it. Sometimes change is disruptive, sometimes it's only about taking the small steps. But we do change, and change is something that will always be a part of our lives. It's important to recognize it and embrace it as a way to enable personal growth and greater well-being. On the other side though, change can also be difficult to accept and can impact our mental health. I used to think that a happy life meant a healthy life, and only more recently I have finally understood that a happy life is a healthy life, but not just physically, especially psychologically. That's what I talk about in this episode of Life to Meet You: change, mental health, psychological well-being, and tools that we can all use to better handle daily stress.
