Life Transitions

Listen Later

New school. New job. Death of a loved one. Different hair cut. Pandemic. Change happens,  big or small, whether we expect it or not. For a lot of people, change can be difficult to deal with. This week, Meagan and Lauren sit down at the lunch table to talk about life's changes and transitions. Hear about two different approaches to dealing with change: coping skills and rites of passage. Listen at the end to hear four tips you can use in the cafeteria of life when change finds its way into your life.
