Week 1 of Pause: Spiritual Renewal for Busy People

In this session, we talked about unity in the body, full alignment with the gospel of Jesus Christ through His word, and learning to translate biblical truth to a secular society as practical steps for moving forward in light of what we've covered in this course.  

In this session, we looked at human sexuality along the lines of both the secular and Christian belief systems.

In this session, we looked at "teleology," or the question, "what is the purpose (telos) of life?" from both the secular and Christian perspectives.

In this session, we looked at anthropology, or the question, "what is the essential nature of man?" from both the secular and Christian perspectives.

This session of the Worldview course mainly looked at the big story of the Bible, building on the idea of our knowledge finding it's roots in what God has revealed to us, most notably in the person of Jesus and the scriptures.
