So here we go friends! I am going to record my quickie podcasts for your entertainment and mine. I think you might need me as much as I need you. Hey y’all… We would like to explain why we have adopted the names Krystal & Ardee. Many people don’t quite know the full story of our names and this quick little episode will let you know why we use them.

Learn about this very important word “GOOSEFRABA” and how it can be used with your family to chill the junk down. This word was used in the movie ANGER MANAGEMENT and our family adopted it for healthy reasons.

Just messing around and going to bed with Ardee. We were frustrated with the day and critical people. The world is weird right now and I don’t understand anything or anyone anymore. A good nights sleep helped me get over this frustration, but I was wound up. This is just a silly snipet of Ardee & me at bedtime. Nothing profound.
