My name is Kalindi Cordero and my superpower is being an unshakable optimist. If you asked me a few years ago, if I’d cycle 1,700 miles to fight against human sex trafficking from Seattle to San Diego I’d probably laugh in your face. If you asked me that I’d lose both my parents 7 months apart from one another I’d say that wouldn’t be true. If you told me that I’d tear my meniscus 3 months after making the @pedalthepacific team from pop, locking, and dropping to Ariana Grande’s “no tears left to cry” maybe I’d believe that! However, even though all of these things happened and changed my life in unremarkable ways, I still remained an unshakable optimist.
