Now, I admit, it is easy to want to trust in ourselves, but can we really do that if we don't know what we want... The idea that people have the power to create their own form of morality contradicts the reality that without God's principles we would lack the foundation of morality, because we are in bondage to our own desires and pleasures! We are led by our own emotions in the belief that they are driven by intelligence, we become lost in the trap of self-seeking principles that leave us empty.

Some common ideas in society may be a bit irrational but we rationalize it, because we’re used to the concepts that we’re given our entire lives. Perhaps it is important to challenge those concepts not only so that we can get closer to God, but also better understand why a relationship with God is so important. Maybe the things that we’ve been taught can cause us to unknowingly rely on ourselves so much that we blind ourselves with our own understandings.

 Sex and Sexuality has changed in our society because it no longer abides by the law of nature but instead it focuses on the advancements of science, this is problematic because science is flawed and does not have the power to explain value or morality. Where does that leave us? Confused... But it also shows why we need God, because sex is a gift from God and He gave us boundaries so that we'll know how to use His gift. So, what is the difference between what the world says vs what God says? Come find out! ;)

On this episode we explore how people have been falling away from God and ending in darkness and confusion! It is so easy for us to desire something outside of God, but when we put ourselves above God we end up having to create our own morality which forms into disfunction that we also created.  The fall in Genesis happened because we were deceived into thinking that something outside of God was better, perhaps that lie still exists and that's way we try to battle darkness on our own.

You Guys The Media Is Lowkey Bullying Us! We Need To Talk About This! lol 😂  All jokes aside, the media gives us a false idea that we can please ourselves and fulfill ourselves by obtaining more things, or relying others to full a hole that only God could fill because He knows the desires of our hearts! The media goes against what pleases God and what truly pleases ourselves, which is why we must turn to God who is Love, Who is Morality, Who Is Our Creator.

The deception in music can cause our souls to be unhappy which will also cause ourselves to be unhappy. Yes, music is fun, exciting, relatable, relaxing and so much more, but the reality of some music is that it can cause us to fall due to its underline meaning. There is purpose for everything that we do in life, and it is important to use discernment when listening to music, so that we can achieve a closer relationship with God, who gives us the best spiritual health.
