Unfortunately this week isn't like most. On Friday April 16th I was diagnosed with Covid 19, and 24hrs later was notified it was the UK variant. Its been an overwhelming, scary, and challenging past few days. Originally I was going to stay silenced about this experience, but I knew that honesty and genuinity is the foundation of this show. This week I share my experiences, how to help and spread compassion with those who've suffered with Covid 19, and my deepest concerns for the humanitarian crisis our province is facing.
