Do you think it's important to accept people for who they are?

Since when was cheating ok ? Since when was it okay to play with people's feelings ? If you're unhappy , just leave instead of cheating.

A lot of people have different ways of communicating and I will be discussing some of the things that I have encountered along with my personal opinion on communication.

I never knew how serious mental health was until I started experiencing breakdowns myself and its super important that you take the steps in order to be stable.

Instead of being the bigger person and walking away from people that hurt me, I wanted REVENGE !!!!!

No matter what they say about you just remember that your life matters and YOU ARE ENOUGH

This episode I discuss my insecurities, how it has affected me as an adult and why it is important to acknowledge the fact that you have insecurities and it's okay to own up to it.

Things get a little more deep as I talk about bullying. I tell a little story about me being bullied, How it made me feel, The outcome of it and MORE. I also give some advice on anyone who has been through or currently going through bullying.
