This week we sit down with mom, BJJ white belt, wife and director of Women's Warehouse, Gin McLellan to talk about women's health, specifically around the topic of hormones.

After realising that she had a massive hormone defficiency in her early 40's, she KNEW that something needed to change. When she started doing research on menopause and hormone-related issues, she realised that there aren't enough educational resources, supplements or real remedies to assist women with the significant battle brough about by a lack of hormones.
