We will have a rapture "hot topic" on this week's episode. We will answer the following questions!!

#1 - What is the Rapture?

Some Scriptures:

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep (DIED), so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we (the believers)who are alive (we won’t see death) and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord Himself will (#1)descend from heaven with a shout, (#2) with the voice of the archangel and (#3) with the trumpet of God, and (#4) the dead in Christ will rise first. (#5) Then we (the believers) who are alive and remain (#6) will be caught up together with them (those who have previously died) in the clouds (#7) to meet the Lord in the air, (#8) and so we shall always be with the Lord.  Therefore comfort one another with these words.

1 Corinthians 15:50-52

Now I say this, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, (#1) in a moment, (#2) in the twinkling of an eye, (#3) at the last trumpet; (#4) for the trumpet will sound, and (#5) the dead will be raised imperishable, and (#6) we will be changed.

John 14:1-3

Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

1 Corinthians 15:20-23

But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep. For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ’s at His coming,

1 John 3:2

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when (#1)He appears, we will be (#2) like Him, because we (#3) will see Him just as He is.

Philippians 3:20-21

For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.

Revelation 3:3

So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. Therefore if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you.

Titus 2:13

looking for the (#1)blessed hope and the (#2)appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,

#2 - Rapture timing views i.e., pre-mid, post, preterist AND other group who attack it!!

#3 - Are there other raptures in the bible?

#4 - The word is not in the bible

#5 - Darby Theory

#6 – Imminence

#7 – Clearing up the the confusion: Rapture v. Second Coming

This week Brother Michael Strait and LifeClips will discuss the following:

Hot topic 1 Mask – social control or just really need to be safe?

Hot topic 2 The rapture being downplayed and even Christ’s second coming. Our blessed hope is dwindling or is it??

Hot topic 3 Trump’s peace plan and what that means for us as a nation.

Let us visit where it all began. On January 28 of this year, Trump unveiled his “Deal of the Century” peace plan. It is 181 pages long and full of nuggets believers should take time and look over!!

Zechariah 12:3

“And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.”

Why is Jerusalem so Important?

The ultimate Peace Plan…..could it really happen?

Hot topic 4 Shortage of patriots and true believers.

Suffering is a FACT of life and it is something many will go through. This LifeClips episode will dive into these questions:

·   Why does God allow suffering?

·   We won't always have “our best life now”. How can a Christian overcome suffering?

·   How can an unbelieving person understand their suffering is to lead them to Jesus?

·   What would you say to someone in unbelief why life can seem so hard?

We also had time for one question from the ones submitted.

That question was:

The Protestant Reformation was wonderful because of the "solas." But it was not a complete reformation because leaders, and followers to this day, retained many beliefs and practices of the Roman Catholic church. This includes the crucial one of NON-assurance of eternal salvation.

1.   Please explain the eternal consequences of this error AND
2.   How can we be aware of this heresy within the church, and best warn others about it?
