-Ezra bringing back the Word of God.

New Wine and New Wineskins

(Luke 5:37-39)

And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. (38) No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins. (39) And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for they say, ‘The old is better.’”

New Wineskins = new container = New creation

The new wine is coming

マルタとマリヤが、イエスのもとに使いをよこしました。「先生。あなたが心にかけてくださっているラザロが重い病気にかかり、明日をも知れない状態です。」 (4)この知らせを聞いたイエスは言われました。「この病気は、ラザロの死で終わるものではありません。神の栄光が現されるためです。それによって神の子が、栄光を受けるのです。」 (5)イエスは、マルタたち三人を心から愛しておられました。

イエスはシンプルな祈りを聞いている

ほんとうの神を知らない人たちのように、同じ文句を何度も唱えてはいけません。彼らは、同じ文句をくり返しさえすれば、祈りが聞かれると思っているのです。(8) 父なる神は、あなたがたに何が必要かを、あなたがたが祈る前からすでに、ご存じなのです。

イエスは必ず祈りに答えてくれる

一行がベタニヤに着いてみると、ラザロはすでに墓に葬られ、四日もたっていました。

マルタはイエスに向かって訴えました。「先生。あなたがいてくださったら、ラザロは死なずにすんだでしょうに。 22今でも、あなたが神様にお求めになるなら、神様はそのとおりにしてくださるでしょう。」 23イエスは言われました。「そのとおりです。ラザロは生き返るのです。」

「求めろ、そうすりゃ与えられる。探せ、そうすりゃ見つかる。叩け、そうすりゃ扉は開く。(8)そうだ、求め続ける者は、与えられ、探し続ける者は導かれ、叩き続ける者の扉は開かれる！！！」

イエスは想像をはるかに超えたことをしてくれる！

Is God Listening?

When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” (33) ​When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come along with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in spirit and troubled. (​34) ​“Where have you laid him?” he asked. “Come and see, Lord,” they replied. ​(35) J​esus wept. ​(36) ​Then the Jews said, “See how he loved him!”

Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” ​(41) ​So they took away the stone. Favor in the Fire

(Daniel 3:5-6 NIV)

As soon as you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipe and all kinds of music, you must fall down and worship the image of gold that King Nebuchadnezzar has set up. (6) Whoever does not fall down and worship will immediately be thrown into a blazing furnace.”

But there are some Jews whom you have set over the affairs of the province of Babylon—Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego—who pay no attention to you, Your Majesty. They neither serve your gods nor worship the image of gold you have set up.”

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. (17) If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from Your Majesty’s hand. (18) But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.” (19) Then Nebuchadnezzar was furious with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, and his attitude toward them changed. He ordered the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual

Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?” They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.” (25) He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them. (28) Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the province of Babylon.

突然、じっと見つめていた王が驚いて立ち上がり、側近の者たちに叫びました。「炉に投げ込んだのは三人ではなかったのか。」「さようでございます、王様。」 「だが、よく見ろ。四人いるではないか。縛られずに火の中を歩いているぞ。しかも、焼かれた様子は全くない。第四の人は、まるで神のようだ。」

(ダニエル書 3:27-28)

君主、長官、総督、参議官たちが駆け寄って三人を調べると、焼かれたあとは少しもありません。頭の毛も焦げず、上着も焼けず、煙の臭いさえしません。 王は言いました。「シャデラク、メシャク、アベデ・ネゴの神はすばらしい！　王の命令を拒み、自分たちの神以外の神を拝むくらいなら死もいとわないほど信仰に徹したしもべたちを、御使いを送って救い出してくださるとは。

(ダニエル書 3:30)

王は、シャデラク、メシャク、アベデ・ネゴを昇進させました。それで三人は、バビロン州で大いに栄えたのです。

良くなる前に悪化することもある

1. 何の危害も及ばない

ですから、災難に見舞われたり、 病にかかったりするはずがありません。

2. 世界はイエスに惹きつけられる

国々の民は、あなたの光を慕って来る。 力ある王たちは、 その上に輝く主の栄光を見るために来る。

3. 超自然的な昇格とリーダーシップ

このことを覚えていてください。あなたがたの生活の中に入り込む誘惑は、別に新しいものでも、特別なものでもないということです。ほかにも多くの人たちが、あなたがたよりも先に、同じ問題にぶつかってきたのです。どんな誘惑にも抵抗するすべはあります。神様は決して、とてもたち打ちできないような誘惑や試練に会わせたりはなさいません。神様がそう約束されたのであり、その約束は必ず実行されるからです。神様は、あなたがたが誘惑や試練に忍耐強く立ち向かえるように、それから逃れる方法を教えてくださいます。
