In this episode, we speak with two educators from primary and secondary schools about the outcomes of the Classroom Climate Questionnaire (CCQ). The CCQ is a comprehensive online survey that can be used by teachers to improve student outcomes through teacher‐driven professional learning. Jack Clark and Sarah Wolverton, share with us their age-specific strategies for getting their students to engage in the survey and how they were able to review and reflect on their own teaching practices throughout the assessment.

Aleda Managing Director and education practitioner Matt Wadewitz, joins us as we discuss the importance of self-reflection and feedback in both teaching and leadership. Drawing on his experiences as an educator, coach and manager, Matt shares with us the parallels between teaching and leading effectively across a variety of industries.
